The Town of Norway has drafted an MOU with Norway Paris Solid Waste, Inc. under which the Town will pay its cellphone service vendor and the Facility will fully reimburse the Town for a plan used for official transfer station and town operations. The agreement will take effect in 2026 once pre-approved by the Selectboard and will remain in place until terminated with notice.
