Effective upon execution in 2026; ongoing until terminated by either party on 90 days' written notice; City reimbursement obligation if terminated within first 15 years

Agreement continues until terminated by either party on 90 days' written notice; if the City terminates within 15 years of the effective date, it must reimburse the Clinic its $10,000 contribution; no reimbursement is owed if the Clinic terminates or if the City terminates after 15 years.
