Description

The City of Port St. Lucie approved a Second Amendment to its Agreement with Mattamy Palm Beach, LLC for construction of the Tradition Regional Park, extending the Final Completion deadline from May 21, 2026 to September 1, 2026. The underlying agreement provides for an estimated $22.8 million in park improvements funded through a combination of City cash, City park impact fee credits, and anticipated St. Lucie County park impact fee credits. The extension allows additional time to reconcile payments for added project scope and to complete the additional improvements.
