The committee approved a third amendment to the City’s funding agreement with Jacksonville University for its College of Law, which governs forgiveness of two $1.25 million loans. The change relaxes the enrollment requirement to a single overall enrollment benchmark of 175 students by September 30, 2027, allowing JU to qualify for loan forgiveness while maintaining other performance conditions.
