Construction to begin within six (6) months of May 11, 2026 and be completed within six (6) months from the effective date; agreement otherwise in effect until terminated by mutual agreement or if construction does not begin within six months

Agreement terminable if construction does not begin within six months of the effective date or by mutual agreement of the parties; otherwise continues in effect with ongoing ISD ownership, operation, and maintenance and public access obligations, subject to potential ISD Board resolutions that can terminate public access with 180 days’ notice.
