Development Agreement For Washington Church Road Phase II

Through Resolution #084-2026, Miami Township plans to enter into a development agreement with Northpoint Development for Phase II of the Washington Church Road Extension Project. The Township Administrator would be authorized to execute and deliver the agreement to advance this road infrastructure work.
