Description

East Greenwich Public Schools entered into a Services, School Facilities License and Building Use Agreement with Right At School, LLC to operate out-of-school-time enrichment programs using District facilities beginning July 1, 2026. The provider will retain tuition paid by families and pay the District a 10% annual revenue share per site, with the agreement running through June 30, 2027 and renewing yearly upon mutual approval.

Initial term from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Thereafter, the agreement renews on a year-to-year basis upon mutual written approval, unless either party provides written notice of intent not to renew at least 60 days prior to the then applicable termination date. Either party may terminate for convenience with 90 days’ written notice or for default after a 30-day cure period; the provider may also terminate for insufficient enrollment per Section 4.
