Fort Bend County approved an agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for a local on-system improvement project on SH 99 SB Frontage Road between Cinco Ranch Boulevard and Bay Hill Boulevard. The County will fund all local participation costs and half of any cost overruns using a combination of cash, Transportation Development Credits, and state and federal program funds.
