The Town of Wayland continues its professional services engagement with CMG Environmental for environmental investigation and PFAS delineation at the former DPW site at 195 Main Street under a Town Meeting-funded budget of $150,000. CMG has invoiced approximately $80,800 to date for PIP meetings, monitoring well installations, and groundwater monitoring, and expects additional work through at least November 1, 2027, pending DEP approval of a Phase II deadline extension.
