The City of Sikeston authorized the Mayor to execute a Community Development Block Grant agreement with the Missouri Department of Economic Development for $200,000 in demolition funds and $10,000 for grant administration related to the Cornerstone Baptist Church old sanctuary. Cornerstone Baptist Church supplied the required $50,000 local match for the project.
