Mineral Point Road reconstruction budget more than doubles

The Greater Madison MPO approved a major amendment to the Mineral Point Road reconstruction project, raising the total cost to $14,736,411 to accommodate a large 108-inch storm sewer. The City of Madison will contribute over $9.6 million, with more than $5.1 million coming from federal STBG-U funds.
