GFC Conveys Easement for Becker Road Traffic Signal

The Port St. Lucie Governmental Finance Corporation plans to grant a perpetual easement to the City of Port St. Lucie over Tract A in Southern Grove Plat 39 for installation and maintenance of traffic signal improvements at Becker Road and Limpkin Lane, at no cost to the City. The resolution authorizes the CEO or designee to execute and deliver the easement instrument.
