Contract term is July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Parties acknowledge any subsequent Master Contract is to be renegotiated prior to June 30, 2027, with up to 90 days from July 1 of the new fiscal year to consummate a new contract per Education Code 56366(c). Requests for renegotiation of any rate for the subsequent year must be submitted in writing to Orange County Department of Education by January 31, 2027.
