Description
The City Council has authorized the City Manager to purchase a 3-acre tract from SKG H4, LLC for $1,125,000, along with acceptance of a 2-acre land donation appraised at $822,000 to expand public property holdings. Fifty percent of closing costs will also be paid by the City. Funding is provided through the 2022 Certificate of Obligation Bond Program.
