For all academic years that the DISTRICT and KCCD have valid partnerships established by an MOU or CCAP Agreement

Attachment A remains in effect as long as there is a valid MOU or CCAP Agreement between the parties; participation by any listed participant may be terminated by written notice without affecting the remaining parties. Termination of the underlying CCAP or MOU triggers immediate return or destruction of KCCD-owned data.
