Pella Window Company is being considered to replace sixteen windows at 438 Main St. The existing windows are one-over-one sash wood windows. The proposed replacement windows include thirteen single-hung full wood windows and three simulated hung wood windows. Commissioner Laster stated that the applicant's intent is to do the right thing for the building and added investigation of where the moisture is getting in through the brick causing the moisture issue.
