ACHRA to contract with Hilltop for HUD environmental review

The ACHRA Management Committee is being asked to recommend that the ACHRA Board authorize execution of a contract with the City of Hilltop for Anoka County staff to perform HUD-required environmental review services for two Community Project Funding grants. Under the agreement, Hilltop will reimburse the county for staff time, benefits, publications, and other environmental review costs related to the emergency tornado shelter project.
