The City of Social Circle plans to enter into an engineering services agreement with Kimley Horn and Associates, not to exceed $50,000, to support GDOT’s SR 138 at Alcovy River Bridge project and address the relocation of the city’s gas main. Council will consider approval of the agreement at its June 16, 2026 meeting.
