FGM Architects proposes to use Introba for commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on the Forest Park Campus Phase 3 renovation, under Introba’s hourly rate schedule effective January 1, 2026. Commissioning will focus on key reconfigured spaces such as art, classroom, police, curriculum and assessment, and early college areas.
