The City of Pasadena plans to enter into a five-year, not-to-exceed $10,473,183 contract with The Pasadena Humane Society to continue providing comprehensive animal care and control services from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031. The agreement maintains core shelter, field, and veterinary functions while adding overnight officer coverage and converting Humane Officers to Certified Animal Control Officers.
