The Vilonia City Council considered Ordinance 2026-PDO-03 to approve conversion of the Vilonia Waterworks Association Public Facilities Board into the Southeast Faulkner County Public Water Authority. All existing contracts, assets, and obligations of the Board will continue uninterrupted under the new public water authority structure.
