Warren County plans to enter into a no-cost Memorandum of Understanding with the North Carolina Department of Commerce’s NC Main Street & Rural Planning Center to develop a Strategic Economic Development Plan. The project is scheduled to run from August 2026 through March 2027 and will include assessments, visioning, and a five-year implementation plan.
