Oakley City’s general liability coverage is currently provided by Utah Local Government Trust, which excludes aviation-related activities such as paragliding landing sites from coverage and cannot add a rider for this exposure. ULGT has offered to research other insurance providers if the City chooses to move forward with the paragliding proposal.
