The Arizona Corporation Commission obtained ITAC approval to amend its Incode-based Arizona Business Center system, adding $292,772 in agency funds and extending the project to June 30, 2026. The enhancements will integrate third‑party ID verification and new LLC attestation and signing authority controls to reduce fraudulent filings and general fund chargebacks.
