Housing Authority of Fort Worth Awards Professional Services Contract to Ojala Partners Lp (March 2026)

Upon termination, Ojala is entitled only to the portion of the fee accrued before termination, with limited reimbursement of out-of-pocket costs if FWHS terminates without cause.
