Donner Summit Public Utility District will enter into a Funding Agreement with Placer County Water Agency for a $90,000 reimbursement-based grant to support design, generator purchase, and building upgrades for the Boreal Pump Station Emergency Backup Generator project through June 30, 2028. The remaining estimated $60,000 in project costs will be funded from DSPUD’s FY 2026-2027 budget.
