UF Phase II housing bonds via Division of Bond Finance

The State University System Board of Governors is asked to authorize the Division of Bond Finance to issue up to $198 million in 30-year tax-exempt bonds for the University of Florida’s Phase II student housing project. The debt will finance new residence halls and be issued on parity with UF’s existing housing system bonds.
