Description

The City of Douglas advanced for consent agenda approval a Phase 1 task order with ESG Operations, not to exceed $120,000, to perform customer-side lead service inventory work under the EPA Lead & Copper Rule. The scope includes GIS-based ESRI software use, field inspections, public outreach, and regulatory reporting funded from the 505 Fund.
