Initial term July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, with automatic 12‑month renewals

Initial term runs from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 and automatically renews for successive 12‑month periods unless either party gives written notice at least 30 days before the end of the then‑current term. For each renewal term, a price increase of 3% or the annual rate of inflation, whichever is greater, applies to services and fees in Exhibit A unless otherwise agreed in writing. Agreement may also terminate upon dissolution, bankruptcy, or uncured material breach.

Agreement
