TECHNOLOGY

Effective upon full execution; continues until terminated by either party with 60 days’ notice (45 days if state funding is not sufficient)

Agreement is open-ended and continues until terminated; either party may terminate for convenience with 60 days’ written notice, or the Foundation may terminate with 45 days’ notice if state funding is insufficient. If state funding is reduced or discontinued, the agreement may be amended in writing to add service fees, with 45 days’ notice to the district.
