PG&E, MID Seek 25-Year Electric Service Area Agreement

Twenty-five (25) years commencing on the date of a final and unappealable CPUC decision approving the Agreement

Initial term is 25 years from the date of a final and unappealable CPUC approval decision; may be terminated earlier only by mutual written agreement of the parties. Any future amendments require written agreement of both parties and CPUC approval.
