Fiber project contract with DANC detailed and ended

Hamilton County documented that its earlier contract with the Development Authority of the North Country to construct, own, and operate a fiber connection between the Lake Pleasant Dispatch Center and the Arietta/Morehouse towers was increased to a total not-to-exceed amount of $1,084,800 before being mutually terminated. The Authority will reimburse the County $56,588.87 for fiber optic cable costs as part of the termination and release agreement.
