Motion to approve a 5-year service agreement with the Miami Valley Education Computer Association (MVECA) to provide network services under the Federal E-rate Program.  The cost of this agreement is $83,736 annually and is not contingent upon an E-rate funding award. If awarded, the District expects reimbursement up to 85% for Category 2 funding based on Community Eligibility Program participation rates through the Federal E-rate Program.
