Flood Authority to Benefit From New Levee Access

Luzerne County’s planned levee access road and trail project will enhance maintenance access for the Luzerne County Flood Protection Authority along the Kingston and Forty Fort levee segments. The Authority will coordinate with the County and municipal partners on design and use of the access corridor.
