The town of Angier is pivoting from USDA funding and will be seeking a private loan from Davenport Financial to fund the Police Station Capital Project. The loan will not go over the approved budget of $8,100,000. The interest rate will be 1.75%-2.0% higher than the USDA rate, but with shorter terms.
