The Department of Public Works has contracted with the Bowman Group to redesign Main Street from Northampton Street to Park Street. This project will include complete reconstruction of Main Street, replacement and upgrades to water & sewer utilities and redesign of the signalized intersection at Union and Main Streets. We are requesting an appropriation of $699,985.00 be made from Capital Stabilization Funds.
