District is considering to approve of an exception to waive board policy and allow alcohol to be served on school property for the Bissell Pet Foundation Blocktail 2026, annual fundraiser, to occur on school property. The Bissell Pet Foundation has been granted use of this location through a rental agreement since 2019.

EGLE MS4 permit requirement agreement with East Rapids

Agreement with the City of East Grand Rapids to meet the EGLE MS4 permitting requirements and to execute such related expenditures. District was notified on February 24, 2025, that all public schools in Michigan would be required to secure a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit on or before August 29, 2025.
