City staff has worked with Aesthetic Concepts to develop refined conceptual designs and identified preliminary design themes for Lincoln Road Park and the Recreation Complex, which were approved for upgrades and improvements as part of the FY24-25 Budget. These concepts reflect the intended character and functionality of the parks in accordance with the 2021 Parks Master Plan and are being presented to City Council for review and feedback prior to finalizing the design direction and moving forward with bidding for construction.
