COCC is considering to hire Mahlum Architecture for their Facilities Master Planning. The estimated cost is $297,500 and it includes a five-year plan to expire in 2028 and a new plan from 2027 to 2037.

COCC Board Approves $297,500 Facilities Master Plan with Mahlum Architecture

The Central Oregon Community College (COCC) Board of Directors has approved the use of $297,500 of existing Capital Projects funds for the development of an updated Facilities Master Plan by Mahlum Architecture. The current Facilities Master Plan expires in 2028. Architectural services contract will be sent to Mahlum architecture, followed by a four-phase project schedule starting in November 2025, and concluding in October 2026.
